We offer personal training sessions to members and non members.  These are ideal for shift workers and those who have evening commitments. Whatever your level of fitness or ability we guarantee we can help you.

Whether it’s weight loss or weight gain, cardio fitness or strength and conditioning we can get you to where you need to be once we understand your goals.  Our training sessions can be tailored accordingly to suit your specific needs and are based around our tried and tested kickboxing and boxing programmes.
